My voice teacher recommended I listen to this arrangement. We are working on the song now, first a musical theatre version and now creating a jazz interpretation. Astrud’s Bossa nova take was such a surprise and delight to me the first time I heard it.
Article – Broadway Reopened
I loved seeing that Savion Glover was one of two people asked to reopen Broadway for the first time in over a year, along with Nathan Lane. I am a tap dancer and have known of him for many years. Topped off with the fact Savion included A Chorus Line in the music (I’ve been a kick with that show since earlier this year) for his performance and I left this article feeling good.
